  • No. Fish, dogs, cats and hamsters are listed in the catalogue with full care details and availability, but every enquiry goes to WhatsApp so a person can answer first. We ask about your setup, your water and your household before anything is reserved. Supplies, food, tanks and accessories all check out online as normal.

  • Every listing shows the quarantine period that species goes through in our back room, and the date the current group arrived. Fish sit in our own system for 10 to 21 days depending on species. Puppies and kittens come with a vet check, microchip and first vaccinations, and you can see the paperwork before you commit.

  • Yes, and it is free. Choose collection at checkout and we will message you when it is ready, usually within 90 minutes during opening hours. The shop is on Al Muntasir Road in Al Nakheel, and there is parking directly outside.

  • Come in, or message us. Tell us the space you have, the budget and who lives in the house. Most first tanks go wrong because the tank was too small and the fish went in too early, and both of those are free to avoid if you ask first.
