Delivery

Every price on the site already includes VAT, and the fee below is worked out on your order subtotal after any discount is applied. Cross the free over threshold for your zone and delivery drops to zero automatically at checkout. There is no code to enter.

Two orders placed on the same day do not combine towards the free threshold. Each order is billed on its own, so a large shop is usually cheaper as one basket than as two.

Choose collection at checkout and the delivery fee disappears entirely. Ready in 90 minutes during opening hours. We message you the moment it is bagged, boxed or crated and waiting at the counter, so there is no need to guess or call ahead.

The shop is at Shop 4, Al Muntasir Road, Al Nakheel, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, with parking directly outside. Opening hours are Saturday to Thursday 9:00 to 13:00, 16:00 to 22:00, and Friday 16:00 to 22:30.

Inside Ras Al Khaimah city we run two windows a day, Saturday to Thursday: a morning run from 11:00 to 14:00 and an evening run from 18:00 to 21:30. Order before 14:00 and you go out on that evening run, which is what we mean by same evening delivery. Order after 14:00, or on a Friday, and the order moves to the next available window instead.

Al Rams, Digdaga, Khatt and Sha’am run on a single evening slot on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday. Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, Sharjah and Dubai each run on fixed weekdays too. For these zones there is no same day cut off to beat: the day column in the table above tells you which run your order leaves on, not how quickly we can pack it. Order on a Thursday for a Dubai address, for example, and it leaves on the following Tuesday.

Because of that, we only deliver live animals inside Ras Al Khaimah, or arrange collection from the shop. If your address is outside Ras Al Khaimah, we do not deliver the animal to you under any circumstances. It is prepared and bagged the same day for a Ras Al Khaimah handover, or held ready the next morning if you are collecting yourself or arranging your own transport from elsewhere in the northern emirates.

None of this happens automatically at checkout. An animal enquiry always starts on WhatsApp, where we ask about your setup and water before anything is reserved. Delivery or collection is arranged directly with you once that conversation is done.

Tanks over 90cm are delivered and levelled by two people inside Ras Al Khaimah at no extra charge. That includes carrying the tank in, checking the stand and the floor with a spirit level, and setting it down properly rather than leaving it on your doorstep. Ground floor addresses and buildings with a working lift are covered as standard.

If your address is above the ground floor without a lift, tell us when you order so we can bring a third pair of hands. That callout carries a flat AED 50 charge on top of the delivery fee, agreed with you before the slot is booked, never added afterwards.

Tanks under 90cm, and anything else fragile like glassware or ceramics, travel boxed and padded in the normal delivery slot for your zone, no special handling needed.

For orders that fall outside our own routes, meaning an address beyond the zones above or timing that does not fit our own runs, we may hand the parcel to Noor Delivery, the courier partner we use for exactly these cases. This only ever applies to boxed supplies. Live animals and anything over 90cm always travel with us, never with a courier.

Once Noor Delivery scans the parcel in, we share a tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp. Tracking is not always available for the first few hours of a next day service, so if the link is quiet on the morning of delivery, that is normal rather than a lost parcel.

Our driver calls the mobile number on the order and waits on site for up to 10 minutes.

• If we reach you and you are close by, the driver will usually wait a little longer rather than turn the van around.
• If we cannot reach you, we message on WhatsApp to rearrange for the next available slot in your zone, at no extra charge.
• A second missed attempt on the same order carries a flat AED 15 redelivery charge, or you can switch to collection instead, which stays free.
• Livestock is the one exception. If nobody is home for a live animal delivery, the driver returns it to the shop rather than leaving it in the van, and we call you to rearrange the same day.
