How we run the shop
Four rules we do not bend
They cost us sales every week. They are also the reason people come back with their second tank.
Quarantine before the shelf
Fish sit in our own system for 10 to 21 days depending on species. Nothing goes out on the day it lands.
We will refuse a sale
If the tank is too small, the water is not cycled or the household is wrong for the animal, we say so and we do not sell.
Free water testing, always
Bring a sample any time. We run ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, KH and GH while you wait, whether you bought the fish here or not.
Our own van, our own people
Livestock never goes on a third party courier. Insulated crates, fixed routes, and a number you can call mid delivery.

Fish, dogs, cats and hamsters are presented with full care detail and current availability. Every enquiry goes to WhatsApp so a person answers before anything is reserved.

Tanks, food, hardware and accessories check out online with AED pricing and VAT itemised. Live animals go through WhatsApp so we can check your setup before anything is reserved.

We deliver, level and commission
Our own van, our own people, on fixed slots. Tanks over 90cm are carried in, levelled and filled inside Ras Al Khaimah at no extra charge.

No. Fish, dogs, cats and hamsters are listed in the catalogue with full care details and availability, but every enquiry goes to WhatsApp so a person can answer first. We ask about your setup, your water and your household before anything is reserved. Supplies, food, tanks and accessories all check out online as normal.
Inside Ras Al Khaimah city we run two slots a day, Saturday to Thursday, and orders placed before 14:00 usually arrive the same evening. Al Rams, Digdaga, Khatt and Sha'am get one evening slot on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday. Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, Sharjah and Dubai run on fixed weekday routes. Full zones, fees and cut off times are on the delivery page.
Twelve dirhams inside Ras Al Khaimah city, free over 150 dirhams. Outer RAK is 18 dirhams, free over 250. Other emirates run between 25 and 35 dirhams with free thresholds from 350 to 450. Collection from the shop is always free and ready in about 90 minutes.
Card and supported wallets through Stripe, and Tabby for splitting a larger order into four payments where the merchant and the product are eligible. Cash on delivery is available inside Ras Al Khaimah for orders under 500 dirhams. We never store card details on our own systems.
Yes. Every price shown includes 5 percent UAE VAT, and your order confirmation itemises the VAT portion separately so it can be used for accounting. Our TRN appears on every invoice.
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo and a water test result for ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. If the parameters are within range we replace the fish or refund it. If they are not, we will help you fix the tank first, because replacing the fish into the same water only repeats the problem.
