Why we keep this one
Cats resolve most of their territorial friction vertically, which is why a tall tower calms a two cat apartment faster than another litter tray does. Platforms are 18mm birch ply rather than particle board, posts are wrapped in 10mm sisal, and the base plate is weighted so the whole thing does not rock when a cat jumps off the top.

Delivery and returns, plainly
We run our own van. Ras Al Khaimah city goes out Saturday to Thursday in two slots, 11:00 to 14:00 or 18:00 to 21:30. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman get an evening run twice a week. Collect from the shop instead and it is ready in 90 minutes during opening hours.
Unopened goods come back within 14 days for a full refund, packaging included. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we replace it rather than argue about it. Livestock is handled separately, ask us before you order.
