Why we keep this one

Most soft carriers fold under the animal, which is why cats brace and panic. This one has a removable rigid base board under a washable fleece mat. Delivery and returns, plainly

We run our own van. Ras Al Khaimah city goes out Saturday to Thursday in two slots, 11:00 to 14:00 or 18:00 to 21:30. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman get an evening run twice a week. Collect from the shop instead and it is ready in 90 minutes during opening hours.

Unopened goods come back within 14 days for a full refund, packaging included. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we replace it rather than argue about it. Livestock is handled separately, ask us before you order.
