Kiln dried aspen with no aromatic oils, so burrows hold their shape and lungs stay clear.

- Ras Al Khaimah city delivery from AED 12, free over AED 150. Two slots daily, 11:00 to 14:00 or 18:00 to 21:30, Saturday to Thursday.
- 14 days to return anything unopened, with the packaging. Livestock is the one exception.
- Tabby available at checkout, four payments, no interest. Cash on delivery also works.
Why we keep this one
Pine and cedar shavings smell pleasant to us and irritate small animal airways, because the same aromatic oils doing the smelling are the problem. Aspen has none. Kiln dried and screened, so it holds a tunnel shape when packed at depth rather than collapsing.

Delivery and returns, plainly
We run our own van. Ras Al Khaimah city goes out Saturday to Thursday in two slots, 11:00 to 14:00 or 18:00 to 21:30. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman get an evening run twice a week. Collect from the shop instead and it is ready in 90 minutes during opening hours.
Unopened goods come back within 14 days for a full refund, packaging included. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we replace it rather than argue about it. Livestock is handled separately, ask us before you order.
