Why we keep this one
Almost every hamster cage sold in this region is too small and too shallow. Syrians need at least 0.5 square metres of unbroken floor and about 25cm of bedding depth to build the tunnel systems that keep them sane. This has 0.75 square metres and a 26cm acrylic base, with a wire top for ventilation and a birch ramp to a platform.

Delivery and returns, plainly
We run our own van. Ras Al Khaimah city goes out Saturday to Thursday in two slots, 11:00 to 14:00 or 18:00 to 21:30. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman get an evening run twice a week. Collect from the shop instead and it is ready in 90 minutes during opening hours.
Unopened goods come back within 14 days for a full refund, packaging included. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we replace it rather than argue about it. Livestock is handled separately, ask us before you order.
