Why we keep this one

UAE tap water carries chloramine, which a cheap dechlorinator will only half handle. This one breaks the chloramine bond and mops up the resulting ammonia, so a large water change stops being a gamble. Overdosing at twice the rate is safe if you are unsure of your volume.

Delivery and returns, plainly

We run our own van. Ras Al Khaimah city goes out Saturday to Thursday in two slots, 11:00 to 14:00 or 18:00 to 21:30. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman get an evening run twice a week. Collect from the shop instead and it is ready in 90 minutes during opening hours.

Unopened goods come back within 14 days for a full refund, packaging included. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we replace it rather than argue about it. Livestock is handled separately, ask us before you order.
