Why we keep this one
Bentonite clumps by absorbing about 300 percent of its weight, so a scooped clump comes out whole instead of crumbling and leaving the bottom of the tray wet. Grain size here is deliberately fine, which cats prefer underfoot, with a low dust rating so a covered tray does not turn into a cloud.

Delivery and returns, plainly
We run our own van. Ras Al Khaimah city goes out Saturday to Thursday in two slots, 11:00 to 14:00 or 18:00 to 21:30. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman get an evening run twice a week. Collect from the shop instead and it is ready in 90 minutes during opening hours.
Unopened goods come back within 14 days for a full refund, packaging included. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo on WhatsApp the same day and we replace it rather than argue about it. Livestock is handled separately, ask us before you order.
